After a short weather delay, the traffic change for the West Bank light rail construction at Cedar Avenue and Washington Avenue is here.
West Bank: Cedar Ave. ramps on the north side of the Washington will be re-opening. Once the north ramps re-open, construction will move to the south ramps.
