Showcase your Business at the Gopher Football Opener
First 20 businesses to respond get a table!
The Discover Central Corridor campaign in coordination with the Midway Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring the first football game of the season on September 10 at TCF Stadium. As part of that sponsorship, businesses along the corridor have the opportunity to have a table outside the Stadium on the Plaza to advertise their business. You pass out information, coupons, and non-food items to the 50,000+ crowd that will be attending the game. This is a FREE opportunity for business owners, as this event is part of the Central Corridor Grass Roots Marketing Initiatives.
Date: Saturday, September 10, 2011
What: Minnesota v. New Mexico State football game
Times: Arrival at noon for set up, tear down at 3 p.m. (Game starts at 2:30 p.m.)
Attendees: 50,000+ Football Fans
Participating businesses receive one 8’ table; businesses provide their own table covering, materials to hand out (that must be pre-approved by the University of Minnesota), and staffing.

You must provide a description of anything you want to hand out before the game. We are not allowed to distribute food or beverages. If you cannot make the event but would like to have some available for fans to pick, please provide a description of what you would like to have displayed so we can get it approved.
