Member Meeting + Opportunities

Hello everybody,

Please mark your calendars – our Member Meeting is next week, Thursday June 21, 4:00pm at Augsburg’s Oren Gateway Center.

June’s meeting will focus on resources: We have access to great resources via the Universities, the Business Association (us!), and the West Bank Community Coalition. From job posting boards to internship projects, our June meeting will highlight some of these resources, where the opportunities are and who to contact. The full agenda is below.

Opportunities

The WBBA is putting together a coupon card that will be distributed during the West Bank Music Festival. The goal of the book is to introduce guests of the festival to other businesses that are in the community and entice them back to the area once the festival is over. We’ve received grant funding to cover the printing and distribution cost – so businesses can participate for free! If you’d like to participate, please fill out this coupon form here: http://ow.ly/by6zO. The deadline for submitting your coupon is June 30th. If you have any questions about this program, please call or email me.

The good news just keeps coming! Mod & Co is a professional marketing agency that has been hired by the Met Council to help support businesses along the Central Corridor. They’ll be crafting a marketing campaign for the entire line, with resources being dedicated to each area- including ours! Do you need marketing assistance? Please follow the link where you can fill out the requested information: http://www.modmarketingteam.com/branding.

Looking forward to seeing you next week!

Best,
Jamie
