Festival Update
Another reminder that this coming Saturday is the West Bank Music Festival! We want this to be a successful event for everyone on the West Bank, and we sent out an email with ideas and ways for businesses to participate, which you can see here:

In addition to managing food trucks and increasing visibility for businesses, this year we’re distributing complimentary wristbands for businesses. We’ll have sets of wristbands ready to distribute at this Thursday’s member meeting – so stop by and pick up your pack or send a representative. You can give these wristbands to your favorite regular customers, guests, staff, etc. If this works well we’ll do this again next year so we can share the love.

Bylaws update:
Per the informal meeting last week: Damon has revised the Bylaws presented by Dorsey & Whitney and have incorporated elements of the Lake Street Council Bylaws where appropriate. These are currently under review and have been sent to all the delegates. We are sharing these with the member mailing list as well – If you review these in Microsoft Word you can select track changes to see the edits Damon made and review the comments on a section by section basis.
A reminder – as these will be under review by the delegates we will not be discussing this at the August meeting.
