The West Bank Business Association is now accepting applications for two summer internships: A Communications Intern and a Festival Intern. These are great opportunities for motivated students or recent graduates to get some hands-on experience in marketing, communications, promotions, and online engagement to make a real difference in our unique urban community or to get hands-on training and experience in festival and event planning.

The deadline to submit applications for either position is June 3, 2013. More information about each position can be found below.

Communications Intern

The Communications Intern will provide valuable assistance and support to the West Bank Business Association. This position’s primary responsibility will be populating thewestbank.org district website with local events and assisting with producing the What’s On the West Bank bi-weekly e-newsletter.

Festival Intern

The Festival Intern will provide valuable assistance and support to the West Bank Business Association in preparation for this year’s upcoming West Bank Music Festival. This position will work alongside the Executive Director and Communications and Program Manager  with festival planning. Training and activities will include but are not limited to: organization, promotion, and festival logistics.
