The City of Minneapolis has plans for major development around the new Cedar Avenue LRT Station, the first development will be on the Lot A site (see map.)

The West Bank Business Association, West Bank Community Coalition and West Bank Community Development Corporation are working together to: to educate the community on the development and RFP process and plan a community response to the proposed development
